Private Pilates on Reformer, Tower, Chair, Ladder Barrel and Trapeze Table, Group Classes of 5 on Reformer and/or Tower,  Licensed Massage Therapy, Certified Thai Stretch and Vibration Therapy with Singing Bowls.

We have been in Buffalo, NY since 2011. Initially we started in Manhattan, NY. 

We offer Private Pilates, Pilates Reformer Classes, NYS Licenced Massage Therapy and Thai Bodywork by certified practitioners.

Start with a 50-min Private one-on-one Pilates Session to heal the body and/or Massage Therapy for pain and stress relief.

Available  by appointment only. 

We have 10 + Pilates Reformer Classes weekly for those versed in Pilates before class.
