3580 Sheridan Suite 120 Massage Therapy & Thai massage. 

We have been in Buffalo, NY since 2011. Initially we started in Manhattan, NY. 

We offer Private Pilates, Pilates Reformer Classes, & Massage Therapy.

Start with a 50-min Private one-on-one Pilates Session to heal the body and/or Massage Therapy for pain and stress relief.

Available 7  days a week by appointment only. 

We have 10 + Pilates Reformer Classes weekly for those versed in Pilates before class.
