Tricia is married to her wonderful husband, a mom to their daughter and step-mom to three amazing boys. Tricia started as a client at REAL 2017. After being a Physical Therapist Assistant for 15 years, becoming a Certified Pilates Instructor came naturally. When I am not teaching Pilates I enjoy camping, spending time with my family and learning more Pilates continuing education movements to enhance your experience at REAL.

Liz is a woman of strength and grace. Liz has been a certified Core Dynamics Pilates instructor since 2014. Prior to this Liz had been certified by Body One to teach Levels 1-3. Liz has been teaching at REAL 10 years where she has found a home for her passion.
In her former life, Liz studied to be an architect. She discovered that the architecture of the human body was much more interesting and suited her better.
Pilates is the combination of art and science.

Robyn got into Mat Pilates with Mari Winsor in 2001. She has been a cross-country and track long distance runner since 1989. Born in Buffalo, NY 1975 she is a native. After years of running in high school and at University of Florida (where the weather was much warmer) Robyn found intermediate Triathlons at age 32 after living and working in the Caribbean and then Manhattan as a LMT since 2006. She was introduced to Reformer Pilates at Chelsea Piers Gym, Manhattan, where she worked as a licensed massage therapist, to heal her body from being an LMT and a new mom. She brought her early Pilates and ten years Massage knowledge back to Buffalo with her young child 2011 where REAL flourished. With her 20 years Massage Therapy and athletic background, Robyn earned her Level 1-IV Pilates Certification in 2013 with Body One 2013 and refreshed her Pilates certification in 2017 with CORE DYNAMICS.
Robyn loves how Pilates has helped slow her down, rebalance her life and move more fluidly with strength and much less pain.
Stephanie's 15 + years as an Licensed Massage Therapist and 10+ years as a Pilates Instructor offers a plethora of knowledge on the human anatomy and helping with your musculoskeletal structural rebalancing. Join Stephanie's Level I class Tuesdays 5:30PM.
Deborah has been comprehensively trained in Brooklyn, NY with Ellie Herman Pilates. In addition to Pilates instruction, Deborah also extends her healing sessions with Thai Stretch on a relaxing Thai Mat. In addition, Deborah's extensive vibration sound bowl training allows her to combine her Reiki skills with the healing energy of vibration with her authetic bronze bowls. This treatment is done atop a massage table that can be warmed with a table warmer under your body while the bronze bowls are placed to heal the body atop.

Meet Sonalee. From Kansas. Went to school at D'Youville University to study cardiology and ENT as a PA. Loves dance as a hobby and outlet. Got into Pilates and Certified 2019. Started teaching at REAL with her certification. Sonalee offers Private Classes and on-on-one sessions and substitutes for many classes. Sonalee is Mom of three kids and lives near Delaware Park.
